booking policy

As of January 3, 2022, when booking an appointment we do request your credit card information to reserve your appointment,
however, we do not require a deposit when booking.

We understand life happens and some things are beyond your control, but we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment or cancelations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No-shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of their service.
Cancellations within 24 hours or less but before the day of the appointment will be charged 50% of their service.

If you are 15 minutes or more late and your stylist is unable to perform the service you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late this will result in the no-show fee as stated above.

These charges do not go towards your future reservation.

This policy has been put in place to protect our service providers and allows us to still compensate them for their time that could have otherwise been filled.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify your service.
